CONTEST RULES: Just leave your idea for the perfect cookbook in the comments section.  Enter as many times as you like but please leave a different idea with each comment.  The winner will be chosen at random from valid comments to this post.

Approximate value of prize package is $45 (American).  Contest ends June 30, 2010.  You must enter a valid e-mail address.  You will NOT  be added to any mailing lists, period. Your email address will not be saved, recorded or used for any reason other than notifying the winner.

The winner (chosen at random) will receive one copy each of Amigeauxs: Mexican/Creole Fusion Cuisine, Third Coast Cuisine – Recipes from the Gulf of Mexico (both by Chef Stuart Reb Donald) and Substitute Yourself Skinny (by Susan Irby, the Bikini Chef), three cookbooks  total.
