1. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

a. Between ( 12:00a.m. on 5/25/2011 – 11:59p.m. on 7/3/2011 ) Follow the links and instructions from advertisements, www.tntmegastore.com or directly at participating networking sites to enter and submit your “join” or “Like” status to TNT Mega Store on one of the three following social networking websites: Facebook, Myspace or Twitter. Only one Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per email address is permitted at each site. Extra entries are available by “referring people” to TNT Mega Store having a friend “join” or “like” TNT Mega Store on the same three Internet sites and putting your name in the status/comment area, will earn a qualified participant an additional entry into contest.

**Extra entry participant named: must be a qualified participant and previously entered and qualified in contest as verified by TNT Mega Store**   All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holders of the email address/page/location submitted at the time of entry.

 The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address/page/ location by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address/page/ location or the domain associated with the submitted email address/page/ location. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address/page/ location. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by TNT Mega Store. TNT’S computer is the official time keeping device for the giveaways. TNT Mega Store is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to all persons who are 13 years of age or older and who reside in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Employees of TNT MEGA STORE or their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners and the members of their immediate families and or households are ineligible to participate or win. (TNT Mega Store shall be collectively referred to as the “Contest Entities”)

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Contest administered by TNT and winners may only win once every 30 day period.

c. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and TNT will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. TNT  will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and TNT will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

d.  Prize substitutions:  TNT Mega Store will offer a gift credit to www.tntmegastore.com as an alternative prize worth the pre-tax cash equivalent TNT prohibits transfer of prizes except at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities. Prize subject to availability and the Contest Entities reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. If winner has non-deliverable address, PO, AFO or FPO Boxes, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected If they cannot provide TNT with appropriate address.  Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. Decisions of Contest Entities management with respect to the Contest are final.

b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

d. TNT, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of TNT’s website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. The Contest Entities reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of TNT, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or canceled, TNT reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the sweepstakes and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
